Retail Orders: We offer FREE standard shipping on U.S. retail orders of $75 or more (after discounts, before taxes).
Professional Accounts: Salon, Distributor, and Master Distributor accounts have separate free shipping thresholds and order minimums based on their account type. Applicable shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Times
Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after processing, depending on destination.
